The second trainin since ma form fourss become committees,

lil did I know when this trainin starts.

It starts at 1430 normally.

We meet at scout garden and told to run 13 rounds.

We run n run n run, todae's weather is betta than last one's.

Although keep thinkin of givin up while runnin,

but I completed the run.

After that we rest for a while,

really just a while,

not like last one, rest til syok.

Went to learn how to raise the flag,

after this week,its our job to raise the flag everydae,hoho =3

I ask lotsa useless questions><

We're divided into two groups by me xD

We who lined in front try first,

those pity ones line behind go for duck walkin,*quack quackk*

I tried first,some error,so they told me to try again,well error again

but cant try liao,pity those who're duck walking

other's chance to try,me sing NEGARAku beside

finally we all tried and its our turn to be the pity oness

stil heard those who's goin to try said they're to try for a

long long time

whatever,we start our duck walkin

in front dunno who liao,like ki siao,walk til very fast

then we bhind chase til like siao lang,stil need to sing o

we walk til near gate3,then walk bac again

we got 10 minutes to walk to where jj sir stand

those who went to tried had finished there turn and horseshoe at there liao

after rest for a lil while,

jj sir open horseshoe at the small field

all cepat cepat run go,

that time who knows its a start of a absolutely helly trainin?

after rest go walk habis it

felt like wanna die so pump 100 instead of frog jump

this made me regret so much,until now

then we sit and rest.

after that 3 ppl go take bakau

then play a game,a very == one

hanging on bakau is juz -.-

then we lost n 滚蛋

we sae we 滚回家, ks sir seems misunderstood us,
he thought us wan to 滚蛋 til bac home,

he said:如果你们可以滚回家这个senior ATL我不用做了

then we take bakau go run skul

weather's damn fine

run til very syok

singin,shoutin,wuhoo~

then horseshoe
