How to be a better person in Year 3

First of all, there are few rules you must follow:
-
1. Stop food hunting!
- remember all those disappointing moments? yet pocket burning
save your body and money for Japan okkkk

2. Exercise!
Oh my lazy ass please move your butt
Jog, swim, work out, rope jumping, volleyball, badminton or anything
Move your body pleaseeee get rid of those extra flesh omg don't you like listening to your fats crying
-
3. Drink a lot of water
- Yeah all the boons, higher metabolism rate and everything
This is the easiest thing to do so REMEMBER TO DO IT
-
4. Making healthier food choice
For the every time you'd go for the taste, now it's time to change.
Less fried things, less oil, less salt, less sugar, yeah.
NO SUGARY DRINKS STRICTLY
JUST DONT TREAT YOURSELF THAT NICE OKAY
eg. Chimi churri is definitely good but opt for more vege and less sides especially dressing!
You gotta train your soul thin too :) 
Not that much food is actually needed to make yourself full alright? Just eat slowly, and you'll feel the fullness ;)
 Eat your apples, bananas, eggs, cereals, berries.
I know it's a tough war with all those snacks, but I know you can make it!
Say bye to them happily!

5. Good posture
Sitting straight, no crossing legs, standing straight.
DO NOT SIT OR SLEEP!!! AFTER MEAL I BEG YOU.
WORSE CHOICE EVER.
LOOK AT ALL THOSE FLESH YOU ACCUMULATE AT THE BACK OF YOUR BODY MY GOODNESS.
DON'T DO THAT HANHANTHEU.
ANYTHING ELSE, JUST NOT SIT AND SLEEP.

6. Wear less contact lens
You've been treating your eyes bad these few years.
Your proudest part of you. Is that legit?
Wear less hours of them, DO NOT SLEEP WITH THEM ON,
CLEAN THEM PROPERLY, OKAY?
You won't want them to treat you in the way you treated them now.
Your biggest blessing, treasure them.

7. Less time on phone, more time on people
Yeah you knew this is the biggest problem of the era.
But you can be different, even a little right?
Put your phone away when you can actually talk.
Do it slowly. I am not asking you to not surf on social media anymore, forgetting about zhouzhou and stop looking at them.
But just cut them down slowly okay.
There are more things in people to be figured out out here, than on there.

8. Sleep early
for better skin better body better brain
and better life!

Some simple (maybe not) things you've already know for years,
it's time to practice them my dear,
you're 21 now,
you gotta be responsible on yourself,
this is what adulthood should start with.
LOVE YOURSELF IN THE RIGHT WAY.
